Capital Connections is a monthly program from &Capital Advisory group that puts you in front of the right people. Each month we identify and introduce you to allocators/prospects who have expressed interest in deals in your industry, along with strategic leads tied to your objectives: potential customers, operators, partners, donors and other relevant relationships.
What’s included:
15 to 20 curated introductions per month
Monthly advisory calls covering networking strategy, pitch practice, materials review, fundraising feedback, background on each introduction, and follow-up strategy
Complimentary access for two individuals to Jets & Capital events while your subscription is active
The option to move into an accelerated program for higher volume or a compressed raise timeline, scoped and priced separately
Billed monthly, for intitially a 3 month tenure, with the option to continue after the third month. Fees are flat and never contingent on capital raised or investments made. &Capital makes introductions only. It does not offer securities, give investment advice, or guarantee any meeting outcome or investment. Sales are final.
Terms
All sales are final. Payments made and cleared are non-refundable.
This is a 3-month minimum engagement billed at $6,000 per month. After the first payment, billing recurs monthly on the same card on file. Services begin once the first payment clears.
To cancel, provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancelling during the 3-month minimum does not release the remaining balance of the minimum term, and cancellation does not clear any outstanding or past-due amounts.
Payments not received within 5 days of the due date incur a late fee of 25% of that month’s payment, and services pause until payment clears. Returned or failed payments carry a $65 fee. Accounts 30 days past due are terminated, with all outstanding amounts due within 7 business days.
Purchase is subject to the &Capital Advisory Consulting Agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict. Utah law applies.
